Have you ever seen the lemon detox diet recipe? Why would you pay
a small fortune for something you can create yourself?
First let us break down what the Lemon Detox Diet recipe is.
Basically, this is the process of cutting out all solid foods and
replacing them with a mixture of lemon and other ingredients called
the Lemon Detox. The period of time that you do this for is a
personal decision for you. The concept is that you take this time to
remove the toxins in your body by flushing them out with a lemon
mixture. Many people stand by this as one of the best diet plans
ever, claiming that they feel remarkably healthier when they have
finished. It does seem sensible that with all of the things we put
into our body, every once in a while we should stop and remove some of
the poison that is stopping up the works.
Now, having said all that, do we need to go out and buy this system
to detox our body? That seems a little crazy to go out and buy
something that is supposed to be natural to put in our body to remove
the toxins we already put in our body. Why should we need to do that?
If it is natural we should be able to put this mixture together
ourselves from natural ingredients.
There are several recipes floating around that are said to work
wonderfully. I will share one here with you. After you have read it
you can decide if you think purchasing an expensive Lemon Detox Diet
premade is a necessity.
8 oz. of cold water
Juice of one fresh lemon
2 tablespoons of maple syrup (the real stuff)
1/2 teaspoon of Cayenne Pepper or Ground Ginger
Mix all of these ingredients well and drink up.
That’s it! Drink 6-10 glass of this daily with no solids for 3-7
days. Combine this with drinking a glass of salt water (to start bowl
movement) and multi vitamin daily and you will be good to go. Now, do
you think we should be paying large sums of money for this secret?
