The combination of lemon juice cayenne pepper maple syrup may sound a bit strange. It is known as the Master Cleanse and is used as a way to detox the body of harmful items.

However it can be made into something that is known as the Master Cleanse. This master cleanse mixture will detoxify and clean out the body. The master cleanse was invented by Stanley Burroughs and featured in his book. Basically it's a mixture of lemonade, mixed with maple syrup and cayenne pepper.
